You can click OUTSIDE of the menu boxes and it will still activate a menu item.

Recommend: Restrict left-clicks with mouse to inside the menu in focus.
Note: Right-clicks have the operation of escape to go back in a menu, and do not need to be restricted to within the menu dialog.
