#23 Skipped documents

Now, if an exception arises on document parsing, the processing is broken and the document is not added to the repository (an example - encrypted PDF). It should be considered as a bug.

Correct behaviour should be - to continue document processing despite of the exceptions to extract all possible document information and add the document.
