#35 SFCB: Create class not checking all dependencies

SFCB does not validate all dependencies before allowing a class to be created. For example, if a method has a parameter with an embeddedInstance that references a class, SFCB does not require the class to be in the namespace prior to this class being added. All dependencies suchch as EmbeddedInstance or EmbeddedObject should be validated.
