#37 Modeler: Modifying Qualifiers

I would be a big usability enhancement if when looking through the list of qualifiers, that double-clicking on a qualifier launches a window to change the qualifier. Being able to right-click and select edit from a pull-down would be good too.

Currently, double-clicking a qualifier opens a dialog containing all the qualifiers. Only then does double-clicking the qualifier enable editing the qualifier.

Don't think that should be done in ECUTE 2.3.x. We should consider it for ECUTE 3.0.
