#24 'mi' and 'mim' annotations not converted

identifiers.org does not recognize 'psimi' or 'omim' as valid namespaces, and instead calls them 'mi' and 'mim', respectively. However, as can be seen in

when the correct namespaces are used, the SBFC drops the new annotations entirely, presumably because it doesn't recognize the 'mi' nor 'mim' namespaces from identifiers.org
