For instance, here's maphash: Actually, I anticipated that you'd be unhappy with the effects of the change to your patch, composed a note explaining why I chose to do it this way, and then got distracted by the way that clocc-ansi-test failed. When I fixed the clocc-ansi-test problem, I forgot to revive the note, and the rest is history. I've now revived it (so it should've hit the list just before this reply).
