well pretty clearly the bug is that your latest commit message is "stuff"
when it should have been "more stuff".
Joking aside, is lack of a new case in (DEFUN LAYOUT-OF) in src/code/class
a potential problem?
You didn't show any example of what LAYOUT-OF returns, and I didn't build
your code to find out
