[Sbcl-devel] Improve disassembly of SSE shuffle instructions on x86-64

Hi,

in lp#814702 "bad disassembly for CMPP[SD] ..." I promised to go over
the printer definitions of the SSE instructions to make them use
SSE-INST-PRINTER-LIST which was introduced in a patch for that bug.
While at that, I noticed a comment "suboptimal" of Paul (Khuong) at the
printers for the SSE shuffle instructions. I got a suggestion from him
(off-list) how to improve them. Here is a patch addressing both matters
for review.

The changes in the output of the disassembler are, for example:

  SHUFPS XMM0, XMM0, 253   ->
  SHUFPS XMM0, XMM0, #4r3331

  SHUFPD XMM1, XMM1, 1     ->
  SHUFPD XMM1, XMM1, #b01
