Hi, According to this link: http://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/EmacsScripts emacs can be used as a script interpreter for shell scripts starting with :; instead of the hashbang #! This is a trick based on - linux invoking sh when neither # nor #! are used as initial chars in a file, - sh treating : as null command and ; as command separator, - emacs lisp evaluating : to itself. I now wonder whether it would be possible to extend sbcl --script to do the same, for that it would need to either also evaluate : to itself (I'll guess this is not an option), or to disregard the first line if it starts with :; when running with the --script option, just as it disregards the first line with !# now. Thoughts? cheers, Thibault |
