[Sbcl-devel] Using / instead of \ on windows in pathname namestrings

Both are equivalent on Windows, and we accept both -- due to
additional escaping the latter is harder to read, however.

I would like to use the first for our own namestrings. Native an
non-native namestrings being easy to tell apart visually seems like an
extra bonus to me.
