[Sbcl-devel] web page should mention "sudo port install sbcl"

Hi,

Just thought I should mention that since sbcl is in macports
(currently 1.0.24, newer than the mac binaries), perhaps
http://www.sbcl.org/platform-table.html should mention that mac users
with macports can just type "sudo port install sbcl" ?  (Tested on
10.5.6, works fine.)
