Hi,

the arglist produced by DEFINE-MODIFY-MACRO is not very pretty, viz:

  (define-modify-macro appendf (&rest args) append)

  (swank::arglist 'appendf)
  
     ==> (#:G13 &REST ARGS &ENVIRONMENT #:G12)

     resp. (appendf g13 &rest args) after frobbed by Slime.

My attached patch will make that

     ==> (#:PLACE &REST ARGS &ENVIRONMENT #:ENV)

     i.e. (appendf place &rest args)

P.S.: As the patch is rather trivial, I didn't issue a full rebuild but
just reload the definition of DEFINE-MODIFY-MACRO. Diff against 1.0.5.
