[Sbcl-devel] PATCH: add (setf standard-instance-access) and (setf funcallable-standard-instance-access)

this patch is trivially simple, just four lines and i suspect it's
also missing possible optimizations (at least inlining), but still
having a setf function is pretty useful when dealing with custom MOP's
and i hope someone picks it up and extends with the missing parts, if
any.
