So far this looks good on SBCL/Win32---7 out of 14 contribs build
successfully (many of the failures are due to lack of RUN-PROGRAM on
Windows).

Using REQUIRE to load ASDF-based contribs doesn't work because of an
undefined USER-HOMEDIR-PATHNAME (called by an earlier function in the
module provider list?), but ASDF:OOS is able to load them fine.
