This is benign -- it's a note that it's compiled a LOAD-TIME-VALUE
call (from an internal compiler macro).

Shooting in the dark:

Try the patch from a message by Cheuksan Edward Wang, in a message
titled "[Sbcl-devel] Re: undefined-classoid bug" on 2004-12-20.  Like
you, I don't think he managed to construct a test case, but the
symptom the patch cured was the same...
