I have configured Simple Backup so that it saves its output to a special backup partition /dev/sdb6, mounted on /media/backup. Each time i tell SB to do a backup, it changes ownership of that partition to root so that I as regular user can't access it anymore and have to do a chmod.
How do I make SB leave that partition's permissions alone?
