Thanks for the patch.

I'll look at it more closely, but chances are, if you're confident enough
to submit a patch to saxpath, you probably know what you're doing. ;)

I'm hoping to soon press out updated version of saxpath and jaxen to
take advantage of the various bugfixes and performance improvements.
Just gotta find the time.
