#1 XML, not Xml

The doc comments in AElfred's XZmlparser class, and
possibly elsewhere consistently refer to "Xml
documents". This is miscapitalized. It should be "XML
documents" even if the class names use the mixed case
form. Honestly, that bothers me too, but it seems more
conventional in the .NET world. However. "Xml" in
documentation is just plain wrong.

You are right about the first point.
However, the naming standards in the C#/.NET world
would not allow the use of more than two consecutive
capitals for any names (in source code).

    Assigned to Jeff.

Is this only in the AElfred sources, or does it appear
elsewhere as well? In general there are some outstanding
documentation generation issues for AElfred and while I am
fixing those I will look into modifications for XML versus
    Xml (but only in docs).
