Tweaking starlink script text for clarity.

More starlink script text tweaks.

Minor tweaks to the Starlink naming. There's
a planned inner shell below this one... so
this is better called the first shell.

gcc 8.3 has a checker complaining about string size overflow - but if you increase the array size,
it just increased the size of the estimate it complains about. Still, doubling can't hurt.

Removing -ansi flag, which was causing segfaults on first writing to the
geomview pipe under Geomview.

Simulate the first six planes' deployment as well, if you like.
