We can now draw lat/long lines as dots in texturemapped coverage,
making drawing them in Geomview a bit redundant.

Should be -tag rather than -tags -- but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Adding another Chinese megaconstellation from Celestrak TLEs.

I need documentation of the specifications for these constellations
for idealised scripts.
