I'm having the same problem, but I've found if you create a new save for the game, you can then overwrite it with your sd/usb save without getting the error. It's like the save has to exist on yer NAND to be overwritten. Kind of a pain, I hope they can fix this.

i guess i can add a support for new save but cios222 will detect those new save as invalid cause my app don't use access rights...
