#2 Same name for both .savecccm and .saveccm_diagram

When creating a new SaveCCM diagram, the user is presented with a "New Saveccm Diagram" dialog where the user is expected to enter two filenames: one for the .saveccm_diagram file and one for the .saveccm file.

Problem: If the user enters example.saveccm_diagram in the first step, but presses finish instead of next, the .saveccm file will be default.saveccm.

I think the user should only need to enter the name once.

This is actually quite annoying so I'm bumping the priority up a bit.

It is possible to rename of the .saveccm file in the project, unfortunatelly, the .saveccm_diagram file is not aware of this and the connection is broken.
