saut 0.0.3 (alpha) released

I just uploaded saut version 0.0.3 to sourceforge. Thanks for everyone's patience with me. This is mostly a reorganization of code release. The most significant added feature is the addition of the ability to organize by & edit categories.

saut status report

For all of you wondering what happened to saut, it's still alive and progressing (although somewhat slow at present). Life for me got crazy right in the middle of splitting up the code, but in the last few weeks I've made some headway and hope to continue. With luck, we'll have a new release before Christmas. With even more luck, the beta might arrive before the new year!

Initial News for saut

For those who come here and think that there's nothing going on here, I thought I'd give some hope.

I, with help from the mysterious csmscd, have got a great deal of the basic GUI and functionality done. You can check out what's in the CVS tree. I try to update it every time I add/change something. There should be a working Alpha in a couple (maybe three if I get busy) of weeks. From there, it will just be a matter of fixing bugs and adding features.... read more
