The operational planning worksheet, ICS 215, prints decently for up to about 10 resource types and 10 tasks. In addition to adding grouping by branch/division/group, allow for splitting the form onto more than one page, retaining headers and footers (in effect filling in multiple ICS 215 forms with different tasks on each page).
