Ok, reproduced and fixed. We need to generate the manpage using pod2man
and install it ourselves, not use MakeMaker for this. Since we're doing
it custom, it's just too much work to use MakeMaker for it.

I'll try to reproduce/fix this... it *might* be fixed, as I haven't
seen it in a while.. if you get a chance can you try and send me the
exact error msg?

I think after that we're ready for another (hopefully last) RC release.
