[Samurai-devel] Samurai WTF 2.0 RC5 Install (VirtualBox or KVM)

Hi Everyone:

First: Great job on Samurai WTF.  I've been using 0.9.9 on and off for a
few months and have been very happy with it.

I'm excited to try out the new 2.0 RC5 release of Samurai WTF, but I've
been having a lot of issues.  I've tried it as VM on KVM (host: Scientific
Linux 6.0), Virtualbox 4.1.18 (host: Windows 7 x64), VMware Workstation
8.0.4 (host: Windows 7 x64).  On the Windows 7 host, the VM is unbearably
slow.  On the Linux host, the VM is slow... but not as slow.

The "install to disk" feature on all 3 platforms does not work.  If it
helps, I would be happy to provide my installer/debug file.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  If I missed a key piece of
documentation, please let me know.
