#18 DCF and LFO enable themselves back

I'm using version 0.9.13 (not 0.9.14).

DCF and LFO are automatically enabled when re-opening samplv1 GUI in Ardour 5.12.
No matter how many times I disable them, when I close and re-open the GUI, they are back on.

also confirmed in qtractor

but it seems to affect the GUI only; the plugins DSP and the generic stock UIs do show up the effective state of the controls labelled as "DCF1 Enabled" and "LFO1 Enabled", resp.
