samie 1.2 is ready

The popup feature has been fixed. Samie can now handle multiple popups that include frames.

Default install is for 5.8.x

Install will work for 5.6.x but you will probably have to reinstall some of the modules by using PPM.

samie 1.1 is ready to go

1) samie now does popup windows - Sort of - I just found out that the code that was delivered was incomplete. The groundwork has been laid to do popups but the implementation is not there yet. You will have to wait for a new release.
2) samie now runs on active perl 5.8.0
3) you can start automation from any window as long as it was opened by samie.

S.A.M. for I.E. is a Perl module (SAM.pm) that allows a user to automate and Verify Internet Explorer. This module performs very well against the other very expensive automation tools. (Windows only)
