Hi,
I'm aimed by the goal to get the firmware needed to upgrade my tv.
On the web is possible to find the app for firmware upload from PC to TV (ex-link cable is required, very simple to build) but the firmware is not available for public. The app has the "verify" function, in means that the app can "read" the firmware from TV and compare it with the firmwre file in the PC. So I think it'should be possible to save a firmware-dump from the tv and share it allowing other users to make the upgrade at home.
Do you think it should be possible? Is there anyone able to "reverse engeneer" the update tool in order to add the "save firmware from tv" feature?
Thanks,
S.
