#2 trace bells in calls

1. the default trace bells in the bobs and singles
are the same as
in the method. it would be better if
only the affected bell were
traced.

2. i thought you could click on a bell to trace it?

1. This is planned for the future. I must admit that I
thought I'd already done this. I've certainly done some of
the work towards it.

2. You can turn tracing on/off for a bell by pressing the
corresponding number key when the line panel has focus.
