Sorry, but there are too many problems with this. You seem to have taken the Arch PKGBUILD and copied it over. While SLKBUILD is very similar to PKGBUILD files, they are not the same. You need to adapt it to SLKBUILD standards. Run:
man SLKBUILD
for more info and please read the packaging rules. You can also take a look in other SLKBUILD files in your /usr/src/...

Also, the name of the software appears to be "ted", not "Ted". You're also missing your initials in the build number as well as contact info in the header.
