[Salix-main] Changes in reposetup

Hi,

I just uploaded salixtools-1.10.0 to the repos. The most important change 
is that you can now specify custom repositories in 
/etc/salixtools/repos-custom
and these will appear in the reposetup dialog. Should make it easier to 
switch from/to local mirrors at least.
