Since PM-ing gapan regarding the missing network installation options I've started work on it myself and I should hopefully have something for you guys to take a look at in the next few weeks. I've tried to keep close to the Slackware native scripts (even the scripting style) only making changes as required which should make everything easy to maintain. Sorry, I thought the mail list would resolve my user name based on my email address. Boot from the Slackware install DVD, run setup and select 'SOURCE' from menu. You'll notice a number of options not listed if you do the same from the Salix installation disc. They're all the network install options (nfs, http, ftp and smb)! I'm not sure if this was a mistake but can we have them put back for 13.2.
