Hello Diogo,
congratulations for studying engineering we need more of them to progress=
.
As you see Sailcut CAD is open source and if you go to the Manual
section in english or french you will find an article on how the
profiles are generated. It is a paper which I presented to the French
Navy School some years ago when I made the source code open.
