Hello Kay,
I am sorry to answer so late, but my regular space business is not
giving me much free time lately. I also apologise for not answering in
German and I will keep the answer simple.
I recognise professionals questions from you, please keep in mind that
Sailcut was designed to be simple to use for amateurs.
1 Your suggestion to draw batten pockets on panels is a common request
from many professional users and I have not found the time to work on
it, may be when I will retire?
2 The first seam positioned at tack is something I do not understand
very well. I personnaly used the twist foot when having to make a deep
sail low down. Could you provide me with some reasons such that I can
think about it?
3 Letting the users define their own luff leech and foot curve is asking
for trouble with amateur sail makers as one can make then really bad
sails specially with the luff and leech curve. What shape of curve would
you like?
4 Reef is like batten pocket, a lot of work to write the code.
