[Sailcut-users] sailcut version 0.7.0 is out

The new version has output for Carlson Plotters and more... like a new
Rig viewer where you can assemble several sails and see them in 3D
provided you have entered the right rig dimensions and the proper
sheeting angle when you created the sails.
