[sahana-maindev] Finalized Requirements For sahana Reporting Module

Hi all,

This is to inform regarding the requirements that are gathered by 
discussing in mailing lists about the Sahana Reporting Module. I believe 
that I have captured all the requirements disscussed in mailing lists. 
Therefore I listed them all and have included in FOSSWiki.

So I hope to go ahead with the development things which is based on 
above (in FOSSWiki)requirements. And It's great if you could inform me 
whether any modifications needed for requirements.
