#191 Explorer crash when files over 256 char long

Hi, I want to notify you I found a dangerous bug in your software that causes file explorer crash in Win10 when using Sage Thumbs with files over 256 or 260 characters long.
The File explorer on the computer I was using crashed when I downloaded this png picture (be careful) . See Event Viewer screenshot. After Sagethumbs uninstall, problem solved.
