#184 SageThumbs 2.0.0.23 stuck on regsvr32.exe (Win11)

Installation of SageThumbs gets stuck the moment regsvr32.exe gets called, it just stays there stuck withot any progress
Repairing and uninstalling also get stuck
I think this might be a Windows 11 related issue ( i was on win10 and it worked fine)
