#5 Homepage i18n

I would like to see a multilangual SagCAD homepage.

A possible solution would be Christian Grothoff's PHP
Internationalization interface. It's distributed under
the GPL and could be used freely.

I will attach it, have a look at "scripts.php3" first

It is sorry.
It saw "GNUnet" but it didn't understand well.

Does it write contents in each country?
Does this translate English into the language in the other
country?

No, the help of volunteer native speekers would be necessary.

The Masterpage would be in English (or Japanese) and
everybody who is visiting the page could translate it to
his/her native language.

The control of this translation would be still in the hands
of the webmaster.
