[saga-gis-developer] building saga on windows

Hi all,

The current documentation for building on windows (in libs4saga) says:
The workflow has been elaborated for Visual Studio 2010, Express Edition.
It should work with later versions of Visual Studio too. Exception: liblas
does not link in debug mode and Visual Studio versions other then 2010

However, when trying to build saga with visual studio 2010 express I get
errors because openmp is not supported in Visual studio 2010.

Has anyone recently been able to use visual studio 2010 *express* to build
saga?

Note that I was able to build using visual studio express 2015, except for
liblas and proj.
