#220 Patch for various spelling errors

The lintian QA tool reported a number of spelling errors for the saga Debian package build.

The attached patch fixes the issues:

• decribes -> describes
• splitted -> split
• allows to <verb> -> allows <verb>ing

Hi,

thanks for reporting and providing the patch. I've just applied it with a few modifications. I left out code comments in third-party libraries (nn, e00comp) and the (automatically generated) language translation files. The latter will be get updated from the sources.
