Test for P91-5:P91-7 - "for EACH bit set in the sensor's
assert event mask, an event will be generated when the
sensor's corresponding event state changes from
deasserted to asserted."
I think the HPI WG should discuss this test some more. For
example, do we want to cause critical events to occur? Are
there any consequences to doing that?
