bearfx - 2006-08-29

I recently started having problems connecting to other torrent user's.  I was finally able to track the problem to safepeer - My IP address is in a blocked range in safepeer's default blocklist. 

I checked all the blocklists available through BlueTack's blocklist manager, but my IP was not in it.  It is only in safepeer's list.  My understanding is that Bluetack host's the list, but does not manage it.  Is this correct?  I would like to remedy this situation, but have been unable to find contact information for SafePeer's Blocklist Manager's.

If anyone can point me to the right location, I would appreciate it.
