#107 foo_input_sacd-2.0.15 failed conversion

I am experiencing conversion problems with certain types of files.
I want to convert a 64-bit 96 kHz sampling frequency sweep file using the Foobar2000 V1.XX V2.XX internal converter to 44.1 kHz.
Whichever DSP I use, the conversion fails. (SOX, ARDFTSRC, SPEEX)
If I remove the foo_input_sacd-2.0.15 plugin from Foobar, the conversion is successful.
Can this bug be fixed?

It's partially fixed in v2.0.16. The fix won't work for >= 176400 sources.
