Sorry, can't reproduce that on my system. Pity, but I don't know any feasible way to push DoP data to output driver and bypassing DSP chain. PCM should work fine.
I can't reproduce that problem either using Foobar 1.4 b4 + 1.1.0 plugin.
I'm outputting DSD + PCM and both spectrogram and slider work fine.
All my files are Wavpack compressed, maybe that helps?
But are you playing to DSD or not?

So no, the problem is not in foobar beta, but SACD 1.1.0 version, bcz plugin 1.0.11 looks playback speed to DSD direct is correct on both foobar stable or beta.
I'm sticking with previousplugin ver before this resolves.
J. ackL. what you mean by WavPak compression? You should play direct from DSD or SACD. otherwise foo_inputh_SACD isn't used!

Yes, I am playing DSD, either Wavpacked DSF files or SACD ISOs on an iFi iDSD micro. Also I play upsampled PCM to DSD256 and DSD512 through both native DSD and WASAPI and so far I've had no probless whatsoever with the latest plugin, in my system both time and bar are in sync the whole time.
Still, if you want to stick to pevious version because it works better in your system you are more than welcome to do so.
It's not working better, it's just working correctly,, and current version is broken regardless if I use WASAPI or ASIO.
IMO it should be fixed and not stick to previous version, thank you.
Curent version is not broken in my system, so your problem is related to your paticular setup, in my PC it runs perfectly fine:

No, It's possible plugin plays perfectly fine on your system but I've accuretely replicated your setup and everything plays normal speed EXCEPT .dsf or SACD.
I repeat that plugin v1.0.11 played dsf files with correct speed, it's change in plugin v1.1.0 that breaks the speed reporting for me. Then at least the plugin plays incorreclty on particular systems. Plugin gets incorreclty the playback position from playback device, or initializes it incorrectly.
I had to revert to v1.0.11 too, otherwise the progress indicator vent berserk and playback stopped once it reached the right edge (which took like 5 seconds for a full track).
New version 1.1.1 is here after long delay, but I'm disappointed it keeps the bug active; the issue is reported by more users (e.g. https://sourceforge.net/p/sacddecoder/bugs/102/) so conflict with a single end user configuration is eliminated. At least it arises on a set of specific configurations (hardware).
If the devs wish I could send logs or HW specs somewhere to help locate the incompatibility
