#229 Missing DSP but in foo_input_sacd-2.0.24

Latest version add a DSP which is missing and it shows in DSP manager
missing DSP: B1663C1C-2D3B-4E36-82DB-F4FF91EA5485
It also adds it to the attached file and deleting the file, restarting fb2k does not help as it comes back.

I have reverted to foo_input_sacd-2.0.22 and it gone

It's workaround about that in foobar v2.25.x output::get_injected_dsps() function stopped working. Use foobar v2.26, or set Transition [s] to 0, or just don't pay attention. I doubt that foobar's developer will fix this issue for v2.25.x series.

The reply from fb2k developer is:
"The interface was removed from foobar2000 v2.25 for some reason, it is back in v2.26. But I don't see how that explains message about missing DSP. The removal of the API simply means that an output component that asks for some DSP to get automatically injected simply doesn't get that DSP."

I use Transition 1
If I use 0 sometimes switching betwen PCM and DSD in my mixed playlist is causing silent output unless I restart.
No idea why Transition 1 solves it.
I also have Ramp set to 2 altough I do not convert DSD to PCM.

Transition adds some seconds of silence before playing new track (in format of the new track, of course). Ramp provides volume change from 0% to 100% for converted to PCM tracks (to prevent click in the beginning of the new track).

Don't worry about missing DSP in v2,25 (it shows as missing because it's hidden DSP), it won't be complaining in v2.26.
