#211 Internet Radio doesn't work when the latest input_sacd & dsd_converter is installed

Internet Radio doesn't work after installing the
foo_dsd_converter-1.0.0
foo_input_sacd-2.0.0

With either of those installed so do you get the error
"Unrecoverable playback error: No resampler accepted the conversion"
when you try and connect to any Internet Radio channel through foobar2000

Reverting back to
foo_dsd_converter-0.3.5.zip
foo_input_sacd-1.6.5
solves the issue

Update :
It's just foo_input_sacd-2.0.0 that's the culprit

Just grabbed v2.0.1 and the resampler issue have been solved. :)
