I use fb1.5 and previous betas for some time and I noticed that when playing SACD as a whole from the beginning, everything is ok. But...
When doubleclick on 1. song, 1. song is played.
When doubleclick on 2. song, 1.song is played again.
When doubleclick on 3. song, 2.song is played again.
And so on...
Last song is never played directly, only if I play the whole SACD . Waveforms are generated for correct song but previous song is playing.

I tried SACD plugin several versions back from 1.1.7 and with all - the same behaviour. DVDA plugin behaves correctly. It worked also with stable version 1.4.8 if I remember well.
This behaviour is on almost all SACD iso but there are some where it works correctly.
Probably some incompatibility.

That seems to be the old issue. You need to relod metadata and rebuild media library.

I have tried everything and problem is not easy to solve. Even latest version you released some minutes ago.
Rebuilding does not help because info tags are taken from xml which is wrong. Until now I managed to solve 2 albums this way:

1. Move abum folder out of fb library folder, it will be removed from library.
2. delete xml file
3. restart foobar
4. move sacd album folder back to appropriate location
5. select all track and run Dynamic range meter
6. Then retag all tracks from musicbrainz

But 1 album could not be repaired even this way.

I cannot imagine to do this for my more than 500 sacds. It would take more than 100 hours.
In FB 1.5 there are correct only albums imported after installing FB 1.5.x beta, all older ones are bad (500).
In xml I see track id and track number. They are different. 1-2,2-3,3-4,...
......
In the end I moved all 500 sacds to different folder, removed all xml files, then added them back to foobar folder. Now I have correct song order (didnot checked everything) but lost all my tags from musicbrains + manually changed :-(
I also deleted whole wavecache database to be sure correct ones are displayed.

I tried to renumber tracks like in your xml. Nothing happend and they played in proper order. Do you have any other installed plugins, that might interfere with foo_input_sacd?

I have lot of plugins but no dsp in sacd audio chain. The only one connected with library and tags is facets.  And some biography and lyrics.   I use Default UI.

I'm having the same or at least similar problem. It seems that the first track is played twice, first as track 1 then as track 2. The tags are correct, but the following tracks are all offset by +1 with the tags from the +1 track. So track three when played is track 2 but the tag is showing for track 3. The last track can't be played at all.

This happened on Foobar 1.4.8 and various other previous versions, with Foobar 1.5, and with the last several versions of foo_input_sacd.
