I'm having a bit of a problem in foobar2000 with multivalue fields in Wavpack'ed DSD files. I've converted some of my SACDs and now certain tags refuse to accept more than one value, one of them being the genre tag. I've already checked that "genre" is still listed under Preferences-Advanced-Display-Properties dialog-Multivalue fields.
As far as I understand, Wavpack uses Apev2 tags. Multivalue fields seem to work as expected with standard .ape files and also with standard .wv files at first glance, as well as with PCM files. This particular problem only seems to arise with Wavpack/DSD.
Here's a file to test with: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1je8wxyotz0lmz9/11%20-%20Bright%20Noise%20%285.1%20mix%29.DSD-24bit.wv?dl=0
A link to the full support thread at hydrogenaudio which comes to the conclusion that the problem would lie with the SACD decoder: https://hydrogenaud.io/index.php/topic,117976.new.html
Thanks in advance!

That might work but I found another way after a long frustrating troubleshooting session:
Under "Decoders" uncheck the SACD decoder. Restart fb2k and let the tags load through the WavPack decoder. Check the SACD decoder again, restart fb2k. Now all tags will load correctly through either component.
If your audio files are on the path of "Music folders" then press "Remove" button. Atrer that Library->Album List shouldn't contain your files.
Or, as Jorgo suggested, try to reload tags while foo_input_sacd plugin is removed.
I removed the folder, restarted fb2k and then put the folder back on, now it has started to do the rescan, I tried some wv / dsd files and it seems that they are fine, but I don't understand why I have to reload the whole library ... I tried the method to remove the tick on sacd decoder but it doesn't work, I always keep not having tags on wv / dsd

When file is on some library path foobar reads metadate from library, not file. And subsong index stays not updated. You need to "refresh" library content in some way.
